After a recent iOS update (16.7.13), Telstra is aware some customers using older iPhone models (8, X, 11, and possibly up to 12) may be unable to make or receive calls, use mobile data, or send/receive SMS. This includes potential inability to contact emergency services. Apple and Telstra are now investigating. We will have further information soon
