Our pricing is designed to be clear and fully Transparent
Onsite Support and Services available (but not limited to);
- Any work requested past the agreed booking time may incur a re-book and a re-visit.
- Our onsite technicians sometimes are booked back-to-back and our ethic is to be on time with all bookings.
- On completion of allocated booking slots we have agreed to work under, a charge is raised and invoiced. This sometimes will be regardless if the work has been completed or not.
- We will do our best to complete work inside the booking agreed upon time, but unknown and unexpected factors can occur.

Onsite Service Rates
Planned and Unplanned
Minimum of 1 to 2 days advance booking times.
This service is available to any customer
Subject to staff availability and available booking slots.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee equal to the minimum charge onsite fee will be applied by Approved Systems for any on-site job bookings that are cancelled within 3 hours before the scheduled start time.
Base Rate per hour is $150.00 ex GST (pricing as of July 2024).

Travel Distance
Our rate is $1.00 per km (ex. GST) outside our 50km radius from our dispatch.

Parking
If there is a parking fee, we will absorb the first $5.00 and on charge any additional parking fees.
Approved Systems will always park their vehicles in a normal public parking spot unless you have made exclusive parking arrangements with your building/site owner.

Loading Zone and Detainment causing Parking Fines
Please be aware that while our vehicles are permitted to use Loading Zones, these zones are intended solely for the loading and unloading of equipment, not for conducting IT services. In the Australian Capital Territory, the maximum time allowed in a loading zone, if no time limit is specified, is 30 minutes.
If an Approved Systems Onsite Technician is prevented or delayed from moving their vehicle to an appropriate parking space after unloading, and this results in a parking fine, the customer will be responsible for the payment of this fine.
To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that adequate parking is available in your area when scheduling a service. For instance, if you book a technician for 3 hours but the parking limit is only 1 hour, our technician will need to leave every 50 minutes to relocate the vehicle. Depending on local regulations, simply moving the vehicle within the same street section may not be considered a relocation, requiring the technician to move further. The technician will remain on the clock while performing this task. If the technician is delayed due to any reason and it is clear that they made the appropriate effort to relocate the vehicle, any resulting fines will be charged to the customer.
Full Day / Half Day Rates
We also offer half and full day Rates. 1 to 2 week advanced notice is required and subject to availability.
(We do not operate Half and Full Day Rates on Public Holidays.)
