Onsite support and services are available for the following common technology requirements.

Onsite Service Rates

Base rate per hour is $150.00 ex GST. The table below shows the applicable rate multiplier, minimum charge and 30-min incremental charge after first hour and 15-minute incremental charge after the second hour.

All pricing is ex GST. The first hour is the minimum charge. Time used during the second hour is billed in 30-minute increments; time beyond two hours is billed in 15-minute increments. Time periods are continuous — where one period ends and the next begins (for example 5:00pm), the later period’s rate applies from that time. Public holidays are charged at the 3× rate regardless of the day.

Full Day / Half Day Rates

We also offer half-day and full-day rates. These require 1 to 2 weeks advance notice and are subject to availability.

Half-day and full-day rates are not available on Public Holidays.
