Any work requested past the agreed booking time may incur a re-book and a re-visit.
Our onsite technicians sometimes are booked back-to-back and our ethic is to be on time with all bookings.
On completion of allocated booking slots we have agreed to work under, a charge is raised and invoiced. This sometimes will be regardless if the work has been completed or not.
We will do our best to complete work inside the booking agreed upon time, but unknown and unexpected factors can occur.

Additional Fees and Charges
Our rate is $1.00 per km (ex. GST) above the first 50km travelled.
If there is a parking fee, we will absorb the first $5.00 and on charge any additional parking fees.
Approved Systems will always park their vehicles in a normal parking spot unless you have made exclusive parking arrangements with your building/site owner.
Please note that although our vehicles are permitted to use Loading Zones, the purpose of a loading zone is not for parking to conduct IT Services unless we are actually unloading and loading the vehicle with equipment.
In the Australian Capital Territory, the maximum time permitted in a loading zone, with no time limit shown, is 30 minutes.
Customers who restrict or hold back an Approved Systems Onsite Technician from relocating their vehicle to an appropriate parking space, after unloading, resulting in receiving a fine, the customer will be on charged this fine.
Please ensure there is suitable parking times available in your area when making a booking.
For example: if you book us for 3 hours and there is only 1 hour parking limit spots, we will, every 50 minutes, leave and relocate the vehicle in a new street section to avoid receiving a parking infringement. Depending on your Local Government Area Regulations, moving the vehicle in the same section of street can be considered not relocated, so time will be taken to move the vehicle further on. We will still be on the clock whilst we perform this task. If we are held back for any reason and it was evident we made the appropriate intention to leave to relocate the vehicle and receive a parking fine, we will on charge this fine.
Full Day / Half Day Rates
We also offer half and full day Rates. 1 to 2 week advanced notice is required and subject to availability.
(We do not operate Half and Full Day Rates on Public Holidays.)

Our Immediate Dispatch Service Rate is Triple Time of the Base Rate ($500 ex GST per hour).
Charges commence from the time the Technician is contacted by our Service Desk and finishes the moment the technician returns back to base/home.
Cancellations
Approved Systems will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of the minimum charge onsite fee for all cancelled on-site job bookings within 3 hours prior to start time.
