Approved Systems also has a zero tolerance if the service is used to take advantage on vulnerable people for marketing, advertising or to take money under false pretences.
It is the customers responsability to ensure their VoIP service accounts and passwords are secure and not mis-used.
All call charges are passed directly onto the account holders regardless of circumstances.
