To maintain consistent service levels and improve delivery timeframes, Approved Systems has standardised its support engagement model.

Operational requests are handled through our frontline support and helpdesk teams, supported by enhanced automation and AI-assisted workflows. This ensures requests are triaged, prioritised, and progressed efficiently.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) involvement is allocated where required and scheduled appropriately to ensure uninterrupted delivery of specialist work.

For planning, advisory, or in-depth technical engagement, SME time is available via a Professional Consultation Request.

This approach improves service predictability, reduces delivery delays, and ensures equitable outcomes across all clients.
