Our Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum support contracts include allocated hours of technical support, providing comprehensive IT assistance for your entire company or per managed device user. These contracts are designed to offer cost-effective and predictable IT support, ensuring your systems are always well-maintained and any issues are swiftly resolved.
Ad-Hoc Support
For those without a support contract, we offer Ad-Hoc Support services. This flexible option allows you to access our expert IT support on an as-needed basis. We charge per 5-minute increments, and you will receive an invoice at the end of the calendar month. This service is ideal for businesses that require occasional support without the commitment of a full contract, ensuring you only pay for the assistance you need.
