This is where Approved Systems field technicians review and sign off their invoices, submit hours and expense claims, and check when they’ve been paid.

What you can do here:

  • Review & sign off the invoices we’ve prepared for your work
  • Submit a claim for hours worked or expenses — and attach photos of your receipts
  • Download a PDF of any invoice
  • See when you’ve been paid

How the sign-in works:

  1. Enter your email and click Email me a link.
  2. Open the link we send you (check your spam folder if it’s not there in a minute).
  3. You’re in — no password to remember.

Your link is personal to you, so please don’t forward it.

About these invoices: we prepare a Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) on your behalf under our RCTI agreement — you simply review and approve it, so you don’t need to send us a separate invoice. If you’re registered for GST it’s a Recipient Created Tax Invoice; if not, it’s a Recipient Created Invoice (no GST).
