IP phones must support SIP or PJSIP. We recommend using TLS to ensure passwords and credentials remain secure during transmission. Approved Systems provides full support for Yealink, Grandstream, and the VitalPBX Communicator. We can offer limited assistance for other brands; however, support for these devices is not guaranteed.

Telephone number porting
- Phone Number Porting Fee (Single Number) – $50
- Phone Number Porting Fee (Complex Numbers^) – $150 to $250
Porting can take 5-20 working days. Temporary numbers can be provided where you can call divert your existing number to help expedite using our service.
^Complex services such as Grouped numbers. Additional charges may apply if there is more than 5 numbers in the group.
