Existing customers can select from a variety of services to enhance their phone system capabilities.
1. Adding a Ring Group
Description:
A Ring Group allows multiple extensions to be grouped together under a single extension number. When the ring group extension is called, all members’ phones will ring simultaneously or in a predefined order until someone answers. This feature is ideal for departments like sales or support, where incoming calls need to reach several people.
Cost:
- Setup Fee – New Ring Group: $50
- Adjustment Fee – Requested changes to members of the Ring Group: $5.00 per change
- Ongoing Monthly Fee: $5.00
2. Adding an Extension
Description:
Adding a new extension provides a unique number within the phone system for an additional user. Each extension can be customized with its own voicemail, call forwarding options, and more. This is essential when expanding your team or adding new departments.
Cost:
- Setup Fee – Creating an Extension: $50
- Adjustment Fee – Requested changes to the extension: $5.00 per change
- Ongoing Monthly Fee: $5.00
3. Adding a Call Queue
Description:
A Call Queue manages incoming calls by placing them in a line until an agent is available to take the call. You can configure static extension members or add/remove members dynamically. Options for call distribution include Round Robin, where available extensions are rung in sequence, or a simultaneous ring option to ensure the fastest possible response.
Cost:
- Setup Fee – New Call Queue: $50
- Adjustment Fees
- Requested changes to the Queue where the settings can be self adjusted by the client: $5.00 per change (Lazy Customer requests)
- Requested changes to the Queue where the settings is not accessible by the Client: $2.00 per change
- Monthly Fee: $10 per queue
4. Adding an Additional Number
Description:
Additional inbound numbers can be linked to your PBX system, enabling calls to different departments or locations to be routed appropriately. This is particularly useful for businesses operating in multiple regions or requiring distinct lines for various functions.
Cost:
- Setup Fee: $50
- Monthly Fee: $5 per number
5. Adding a DISA Service
Description:
Direct Inward System Access (DISA) provides a secure method for authorized users to access the PBX system from either an internal or external line. By dialing a designated number and entering a PIN, users can obtain a dial tone as if they were using an internal office extension. This enables them to make outgoing calls that appear to originate from a different specified number. DISA is particularly useful for businesses with multiple branches, allowing employees to place calls on behalf of another branch from a remote location. Additionally, it supports remote or home-based staff by enabling their calls to appear as if they are being made from the main office.

6. Custom Professional Voice Recordings
Description:
We offer a service to generate professional voice recordings for your system’s announcements and messages. While self-recording is possible, professionally created recordings can provide a more polished and consistent experience for callers. We use advanced AI technology to produce high-quality recordings at a fraction of the cost of human voiceover, though human-voiced recordings are also available upon request.
Cost:
- Professional AI Recording: $30 per recording
- Human-Voiced Recording: $100 per recording (up to 20 seconds)
7. Adding an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System
Description:
An Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system allows callers to interact with your phone system through a menu of options that they can select using their keypad. The IVR can route calls to different departments, provide automated information, or allow customers to access self-service options such as checking account balances or hearing business hours. This feature enhances customer experience by efficiently directing calls to the appropriate destination without requiring a live operator.
Cost:
Monthly Fee: $15 per IVR instance
Setup Fee: $50
