MSP Customer Request Form

This form is exclusively for pre-existing MSP support customers with an active contract with Approved Systems. Identification and verification processes are conducted via hidden browser session data and captured metadata to ensure the authenticity of requests. Any requests flagged as suspicious will undergo additional verification through verbal communication before processing.


New Staff Onboarding – IT & Security Requirements
To ensure new staff are productive, secure, and supported from day one, Approved Systems requires advance notice of all new starters.

Please notify Approved Systems as soon as a start date is confirmed and provide the required onboarding details no later than 5 business days prior to commencement.

This allows sufficient time for:

  • Identity and access provisioning
  • Licensing and subscription allocation
  • Device readiness and security configuration
  • Cyber security awareness training setup

Late or incomplete onboarding requests may result in delayed access, increased risk, or temporary workarounds.

Onboarding is a shared responsibility. Early engagement ensures the best outcome for your business and your staff.
