Data sharing is available among people on the same account, provided that all devices use the same type of SIM card supplied by Approved Systems. Because we may switch between carriers, please check with us when ordering additional SIMs to ensure you obtain the correct SIM type
Additional Information and pricing
All accounts must be registered with an automatic card payment or Direct Debit.
Data Top-Ups
If you reach your data limit in any given month, you can arrange to have a top-up.
Top-ups are only applied to the current billing month.
Lost SIM Replacement
If you have lost your SIM and require a replacement, you will be charged $15 (including express postage).
Upgrading a Data Plan
Current plans can be upgraded to another plan and will take effect on the next billing cycle.
If you require an immediate upgrade, the plan difference and an additional $10.00 admin fee is charged immediately.
You can downgrade your plan and it will take effect on your next billing cycle.
