This is being sent multiple times as we have reason to believe this message is not being received to all recipients and it is important that moving forward we do not want surprise Bill shocks for Extended Premium Service Charges when contacting people directly.

 

 

To ensure Ubertech Solutions can continue to provide Professional IT Services and Support for the future, we will be making some changes to our current service and support processes.

 

As you may have had the luxury of having a single point of contact to service you, The Ubertech Solutions Team is expanding and you may now be supported by other Ubertech Solutions members.

 

Unfortunately, this means that contacting central people directly is no longer the preferred way.

 

 

Direct Calls to your Account manager is no longer offered

 

As of December 25, 2019 calls directly to personal numbers is no longer accepted.

 

If you like to request to still have the same support person always no matter what. (including Weekends, Holidays etc - within reason). Special arrangements will be setup and you will be given an assigned direct extension number via the main business number.

 

Premium Support Fees will apply when contacting a single person directly

 

 

Why not maintain a single point of contact you may ask?

 

In sight of the Christmas Period, Ubertech Solutions team members and its owners will be taking time off, but support tickets and phones calls will be read and heard.

In order to ensure we have suitable personnel available to assist you, you will need to contact our Online Contact Forms or Main Business Numbers.
